These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SuperQueer mobile application (“App”) and related services provided by 13909131 Canada Inc. d/b/a Super Queer, located at 297 College Street, Toronto, Ontario, Canada, M5T 0X2 (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “Owner”).
By accessing or using the App, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
SuperQueer is a discovery platform designed to connect 2SLGBTQIA+ users to Pride events, queer-led initiatives, and community spaces worldwide.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using it, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
You agree to use the App lawfully and respectfully. Prohibited behaviors include:
- Illegal or unauthorized use
- Sharing content that is hateful, violent, explicit, or discriminatory
- Harassment, threats, or abuse
- Tampering with the App’s functionality or security
- Automated scraping or access (e.g., bots)
We may remove violating content or suspend access at our discretion.
All content, including software, text, logos, and images, is owned or licensed by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain rights to content you submit but grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute it for operating and promoting the App.
Users may not reproduce, resell, or exploit any part of the App or its services without our explicit written permission.
SuperQueer aggregates event information from public sources and partners. We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee the authenticity, safety, or quality of third-party events. Participation is at your own risk.
External links or tools may be included in the App. We do not control or take responsibility for third-party content or their terms.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service and may suspend or terminate services for updates, maintenance, or external events (e.g., force majeure).
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the changes. Users will be informed of any significant revisions.
You may stop using the App at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful or illegal conduct.
To the maximum extent permitted by Ontario and Canadian law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of the App.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SuperQueer and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
All rights and obligations under these Terms belong to SuperQueer and may be transferred or subcontracted. Users may not transfer their rights without written permission.
Failure to enforce any part of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of any rights.
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the rest will remain in full effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada.
- Application: The SuperQueer mobile app and related digital services.
- User: Any individual or entity using the App.
- Owner: 13909131 Canada Inc. d/b/a Super Queer.
- Service: Any feature, tool, or function provided through the App.
